What is KEPPA?
KEPPA, derived from the Icelandic word for compete, is a MONTHLY Fitness competition focusing on strength, agility, and endurance.
Each participant has a shot to compete and win from a prize pool that increases with each entry.
Every entry feeds the monthly prize pool, cranking up the stakes as the month progresses. There’s no complex qualifying system or elite divisions—just pure performance against the clock. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, your shot at glory awaits in this democratic arena of strength and skill.
